Introduction

So many people approached me about the 3D printer I built, I decided to blog about it.
Frugal as I am, I never wanted to shell out 700 bucks or more for a 3D printer. I thought it would be much more fun to only pay 160 bucks for a bunch of 3D printer parts in kit form and spend many hours putting it together. So I did. I used the popular Anet A8 design and ordered it on gearbest.com
A few weeks later I get a large box with a bunch of parts and measly instructions.
Great. Just what I wanted! Let the hacking begin!
